We are Guy and Paula Richardson an English speaking family business based in South West Mallorca establishing Mallorca Homes and Rentals in 2006, two years after we moved permanently to the island.

With our now many years in Real Estate, we are in an ideal position to help our clients with just about all aspects of life in Mallorca and are equipped to handle any obstacle that may arise. 

We are fortunate to have built a team over the years of trusted English speaking lawyers, mortgage brokers, banks and collaborating agents therefore being able to guide you through every step to the completion of a sale.

Guy & Paula kept us informed as to where we were every step of the way. Paula helped with the paperwork required on behalf of the seller, & there is quite a bit of tooing & froing to be done. She was patient, courteous & made sure we had exactly what was needed. Going the extra mile to make sure there were no surprises. We kept her appraised of some procedural changes so we all knew where we were. Guy kept the deal in place & in spite of some last minute hiccups on the buying side, we went to notary, signed the papers & sold the house.
