Great to have Guy and Paula on board with you when you want to rent out your property in Mallorca. They came to visit our apartment. Took some great photos and got it up online within days and found us a tenant within a week!! Guy dealt with all the enquiries and kept us informed each step of the way. Contract drawn up. A chat with the tenants ourselves. Guy has even sorted out transferring the utility bills to the tenants for us. Great service. Great to know they are the close by to help in the future.
